Debugger Error

Hi

I have a wp multisite install, with 3 subsites.
with Generatepress pro and Ezoic. 80% of my traffic doesn’t see GDPR. I load CAOS for improving performance.

By now I had installed the CAOS in a stage site and didn’t configured yet however I got an immediate error:

Questions:
Its CAOS compatible with WP Multisite?
Can I use CAOS with the Ezoic GDPR app? How?
