Decent but not worth paying for.

  • I bought the premium version hoping that I could find some useful features in it. I didn’t, so I got a refund. Thanks for that. The bogo aspect (included in the free version) is ok but needs improvement. The popup that reminds them to buy the other product to get a deal doesn’t come up unless the insto-add is checked. If you do check the box for that feature, the popup doesn’t go away after the customer adds the second product. To be fair, it seems like a very complex plugin. This makes me think that it probably also slows down my computer and I wonder if even the free version is worth keeping. Also, I’m not the type of person to be pushy on my customers and I personally hate that when I go to a website.

    Regarding the BOGO notice, it should show up when the trigger product is in the cart. So there might a third-party plugin or your theme customization that prevents this to show up.     Regarding your computer, it shouldn’t affect that as this plugin only hosted on your website. If you were referring to your website performance, it would have a low impact on it as it only runs on the cart and checkout page. There are a lot of things that might have an impact on your website performance such as how many plugins you have, your hosting plan, your theme customization, images you host on your website, etc.
