Decent but their code isn’t stable, slow support

  • Paid for the Pro. Still have to fix some of their code to get some things to work. Their updater code broke last night taking down our whole marketplace for almost 5 hours.

    Their live chat can’t help with technical issues and have to submit a ticket which in the past has taken days to get a resolution. I had to remove the line of bad code in their plugin just to get the site back up but now what isn’t going to work/update??

    Looking for alternative solution as I’m at the point I can’t trust this plugin, even after paying, is going to be working.

    You’re in the same situation I am. Lots of bugs and SLOW support.

    All of the 500 plus reviews received here are for Dokan>NON pro version.

    The NON pro version works well as the review ratings show, and the support is VERY GOOD. However, there are no reviews ratings for the Pro version. There is no way to gauge the support of the Pro version.

    Dokan Pro is created in SECRET. From my experience, Dokan Pro support is a firewall, because of poorly written code. That is why you have problems getting support.

    I think WordPress needs to include the ability to rate commercial versions of the plugins listed in the directory. Too many people are being taken advantage of.
