Decent plugin, NO support at all!

  • Even though a free plugin does not entitle users to support on this forum (as stated in the WP Forum rules), not reacting at all to any topic, only proves how extremely little this developer values its users.

    Even a question on how to get paid support is being ignored completely.

    Reporting errors on their publicly available website by email results in a very unfriendly response.
