Decent plugin but poor support

    We have used the plugin to build our website and although it’s a bit basic and there are quite a few bugs in it we have managed so far.

    However the support is virtually non existent. If you are lucky enough to get a response from the support team they just blame any issue on another plugin or our theme. We had an issue and they just blamed our theme without looking into it properly. When we did investigate we found that the issues was actually being caused but their plugin.
