Decent theme scammy support

Update: After ThemeAnsar saw the review they issued a refund.
The theme works along with the demo import. The issue is that it isn’t fully Elementor compatible which is what I asked about before purchasing. They stated it was fully Elementor compatible. I submitted numerous tickets which they basically ignored.
Support kept asking what the issue was even when I described the issue in the ticket. I became leary of support when they asked for all of my login credentials for the hosting site and WP. I’ve asked for a refund and they keep asking for credentials and to give them a chance. They have a 15 day refund policy with no questions asked.
Do not believe what’s posted on their site. They’ve closed my tickets and have not issued a refund. I’ve filed a ticket with PayPal. Avoid unless you hope to have no issues with this template/theme.
