Deceptive / Bugged

  • This plugin has a payment gateway for manual and off line payments (Direct Deposits) however it processes the payment as paid when the user checks Out using manual payment gateway resulting in instant access to the gated content.

    There documentation says you have to authorize this in the backend once payment is verified but this is not the case!…

    Hi @wingnut001 , I’m really sorry to read your review and how you feel about this Add On.

    The Paid Memberships Pro Woocommerce Integration Add On has been designed to allow all payments to be processed through Woocommerce – once payment is received and the order is marked complete (the option to autocomplete an order is available as well), the member will receive the membership level that was assigned to the Woocommerce product they bought.

    Paid Memberships Pro and our Pay by Check Add On allows you to checkout with an offline payment method, and obtain the membership level once you declare payment has been received by changing the order status within Paid Memberships Pro.

    I haven’t been able to find any support tickets that you may have opened, but if you do have any questions we’d appreciate you opening a support ticket for this – we’re always happy to help.
