Deceptive results

I recently used the plugin on a migrated site, and using the test ‘search only’ function gave me a 0-results message for the old site’s URL (erroneous because all image URLs still included that URL. Performing the full search and replace again said no results, but the image paths had been changed. ??? It seems the plugin is actually doing the search and replace requested but feeding back that it did nothing.
