I set minimum, default set and step, all to 0.5

but when I click +, it jumps from 0.5 to 2. and then press – button, it goes from 2->1->0->0.5

Not sure is this relates to decimal separator, my site use commer as separator not dot

In product editing page, I must use 0.5 for minimum quantity not 0,5. otherwise, the default quantity in frontend shows empty, without any default value.

you can repeate the error with this product https://www.aasiamarket.fi/tuote/eddoes/

    Hi @daining1298,

    I hope you’re doing well.

Regarding this issue, please try the following steps:

    1. Try to use the minimum and disable the default since you are using 0.5 for all of them.
    2. And in the General tab, set both “Change initial quantity on archives” and “Change initial quantity on single product page” to Force to minimum quantity.
    3. Ensure that no specific values are set in the Per Product edit page for that product, as this might override global settings.

From what I observed, the issue seems to occur only with the specific product link you sent and not with other products in your store.

As for the comma, the plugin should not accept that character. Please ensure you’re using the latest version of the plugin (4.9.1).

Let me know if this resolves your issue or if you need further assistance.

    it does not help.

removed default set, and tested step change +/- with both 0,5 and 0.5

also initial quantity forced to min quantity

this is the only product I set to use decimal quantity, that’s why you don’t see error for other products, they all the default value 1.

it is not working yet, I don’t want to use deciamal quantity for other products.

    Hi @daining1298,

Thank you for the feedback. I just want to confirm: are you sure you’re editing within our plugin settings on the Product Edit page?

The screenshot you shared seems to display a “Quantity options“, but in our plugin, this section is titled “Product Quantity”. Additionally, we use the term “Step Quantity” instead of “Step Change +/-“, so it looks like you may be editing in the wrong section or a different plugin.

    To resolve this:

    • Use Ctrl + F (or Cmd + F on Mac) to search for “Product Quantity” on the Product Edit page, and make the sure to set the proper values.

If the issue persists, please contact us via email at [email protected] for further investigation.

Thanks for your help. There are two places to set quantity step. I did set in the Product data tab.

Now it works when I uses the upper Product quantity tab. I think it would be better to put all Min/max/step settings in one place instead of have Quantity step in two places.

    Hi @daining1298,

That’s great to hear you managed to make it work!

Regarding the other part, it seems that section?“Quantity?options“, is not part of our plugin. I believe you might be using another plugin that provides similar features, so it’s worth checking your installed plugins.

I’ll go ahead and mark this topic as solved for now. If you need further assistance, feel free to reach out anytime!

    Regards,
    Taha
