Declined/Failed Orders

  • Hello,

    We just recently started using WooCommerce as our store for our website and we are very happy with it. However, there is 1 thing which we are trying to figure out.

    Whenever someone attempts to make an order with us and for some reason the order gets declined or fails, we receive no email notification letting us know about this. The only way we can see this is when logging into the backend of WooCommerce and clicking on Orders. We receive notifications for succesful orders, but would like the same notification for failed/declined orders.

    I looked in the “email” settings part of WooCommerce but couldnt not find anything.

    Would anyone know if this is something WooCommerce can do? Or is there an extension/plugin we could use?

    Hey,

    Emails do not get sent for cancelled or failed orders. Only processing or completed.

    Is there a way to make this happen?

    We’d rather receive emails letting us know, as opposed to having to log into the site and check..
