  • Hi there,
I’m having the same problem (not with the website).
    Please help.

    Regards,
    Ashbeel

I’m also seeing this same issue with some client sites. The first ‘/’ in the wc-auth url’s is being urlencoded and resulting in a 404 when trying to authenticate. If I manually replace the ‘%2F’ with the decoded ‘/’ the page will load correctly, but then the next page in the auth flow does the same thing. There definitely seems to be an issue with the redirects within the auth flow on the woocommerce or wordpress side.

    Hi both!

After a lot of debugging on my side, I found out the root of the issue.

It seems to be one of the latest updates of WPML (at least in my case). You can find the support forum post I started with them in here:

    https://wpml.org/forums/topic/decode-url-not-working-on-woocommerce-api-connection/

If it were your case, it would help a lot to tell them on that thread, as that will speed things up on their side. And jus as a temporary solution you can see in the thread what version of WPML does not affect the URL, and I confirm this my self as I do it my self for all my sites.

@andresmolina Thanks for the update! The WPML plugin does seem to be the common link for our clients as well. The affected clients are running versions higher than 4.4.6.

Thank you for updating this thread! I’m going to go ahead and mark this thread as resolved. If you have any other questions please feel free to start a new thread.

Hi, I would not mark this as resolved to be honest, as it is not. I agree it is addressed, and we found the root of the issue but it it definitely not resolved or at least not until they release an update for it.
