Deconfigured theme

Hello, I am currently working with version 3.8.1 and wordpress theme:
Apex Responsive Portfolio WordPress Theme, when I install the plugin, Version 2.6.0 (I think it is the latest version) the subject is dropped, the footer is placed on the right, the left sidebar.
