Decorating the Title

Hello,

I’m working on webpage and I want to improve the design of titles of each part of the one-page site. I came with an idea to put an image that represents the part and lines from the both sides of the image under the title. I want it to look like this but with the lines a bit thiner. Unfortunately, I can’t figure out how to do. I would be very glad if someone could help me with this one if it is possible.
