Decreasing weight causes shipping container to be incorrect.

    Has anyone ever had something like this happen?

    We have an order that was showing a much higher shipping rate than it should have been. I used debug to find out that USPS shipping addon was selecting a large box for shipping instead of a large padded envelope. The crazy part is I was able to get it to work properly by increasing the weight of the product from .16 lbs to .25 lbs. What is this broken logic? Max weights are 5 lbs and 50 lbs for envelope and box.
