Decrypt Online Backup for WordPress

I just installed Online Backup for WordPress and configured it to encrypt files. I did a full manual backup and downloaded the *.zip.enc file to my computer. The file size is 330MB. The only way I know to decrypt it is to transfer it to my web site’s FTP site and decrypt it there using Online Backup for WordPress.

WinZip does not seem to recognize the format.

Is there a way to decrypt the files here at my computer with different program?
