Dedication also to non-engineers.

I′ve now had experience with the Smash Balloon plugin for about a year and on different sites. The plugin itself works really well and hasn′t given me any trouble.
What I really find noticeable about Smash Balloon though, is that the people behind the plugin are really impressively dedicated to making all users and/or customers (pro) feel that they are taken care of and feel they get the service and attention they need.

To me as I am not a developer/engineer this is just as important as the plugin having all kinds of functionality I might never use.

That is why I highly recommend Smash Balloon.
