Deeplink Juggernaut doesn’t work

Hey everyone!
I manage a blog focused on an e-learning website. As I cover the same course topics fairly often, I use Deeplink Juggernaut to make it easy to add links to articles.
However, I’ve noticed recently that the newer keywords I’ve added – and just the newer ones, rather than those which have been around for years – are not work properly. That is to say, Deeplink Juggernaut is not adding the appropriate links when the keywords appear in articles.
Has anyone else had this problem? Is there some kind of limit on how many keywords you can add? I’d greatly appreciate any advice.
