    We’re running deeplink without any issues on multiple sites (including latest WP version). So, perhaps you have a collision or have an issue with caching plugins.

    Suggestion:

    1) turn off all other plugins.
    2) clear your browser cache and create an autolink.
    3) turn on plugins one by one until functionality ceases.

    When it does, you will know which plugin has the collision (if that is the issue).

    It could also possibly be related to file permissions on the server that may not be allowing the script to function, but, start with the plugins test (which is most often the case).

    Also, look at your content link settings and make sure you’ve dialed them in properly as well.
