Deeplink Juggernaut not working

Hi,
I set the options of Deeplink Juggernaut but it doesn’t seem to create the links neither in the existing posts nor in the new ones.
in Content Link Settings posts and pages are enabled and in the main tab Deeplink Juggernaut is enabled too.
Am I missing something?
