Default and wide separator are different in editor vs live

I’m having trouble with the default and wide block separators when they’re added to the sidebar. In the editor they separators look correct, but on the live preview or clicking preview site it the default and wide separators both show up as double lines that are the full width of the block.

If I add the same separators to a blog post or page they look correct. This is only an issue with the sidebar.

If you look at the linked staging page there’s a default separator under the second heading that looks right, but the sidebar looks different.

I’ve tried adding, removing, moving around. The separators always show up like that. The dot separators work correctly.
