Default Audio File and Playlist not appearing in published page:

I’m having trouble viewing the default playlist in the published page. It appears fine and plays fine in edit mode, but I’ll preview and publish and it appears as an empty box.

This is what it looks like from the users view:

The short code in the text is:
[playlist ids="6044,7108,7109,7110,7111"]

Which is different from other short codes I’ve seen other people using. But this was the short code that they gave me when I created the playlist through the “Add Media” button. Again, it works perfectly fine in the backend when I’m tinkering with the page.

Any suggestions?
