default category for users or xmlrpc?

  • Hey,
    I have been using xmlrpc to post from within flash. However, I can’t figure out how to post to a certain category.

    I have 2 ideas of how this could be done but Im not sure if either is possible.

    Idea 1: set the defulat category in the flash where it connects to the xml rpc file.

    Idea 2: set a defulat category for a new user and link the flash up to that user.

    Im not really sure where to start – I am using the flash xmlrpc sample that is on https://xmlrpcflash.wordpress.com/

    Does anyone know how to set the posting category?
