    have you assigned the feed to the category that you want the default image to work, plus selected the option to use the default image…also are you sure the url to the default image in fact shows an image?

    The Default category image setting was set to “process normally” so changed to “replace articles with no image with default category image”

    Looks like it does not apply the setting to published content so will chai against next posts.
