Default cookie category preferences to On

You can enable this option from the tab Cookie Banner > General > Show advanced settings > Load cookies prior to consent

Thank you. I checked the box for Analytics and saved the settings, opened a new incognito browser window, visited the site and opened the cookie preferences popup but the slider is still deactivated by default. Using version 3.1.6 with WordPress 6.3.1.

Could you please check the working after clearing the cache and cookies. Also please share us your site URL so that we could closely debug this issue on your site.

There seems to be a glitch between the “Load cookies prior to consent” and “Hide categories from banner” settings. If I choose to load all categories prior to consent but hide one of them, there is randomly one of the toggles which defaults to Off. It doesn’t happen every time so you have to play with it to reproduce the problem.

In the revamped version, toggle won’t be appearing in the banner for categories with no cookies. If you have cookies in those categories and have issue with the working of toggle, please share us your site URL along with the screenshot of your plugin settings of “Load cookies prior to consent” and “Hide categories from banner”.
