default country in phone field

Unfortunately, there is no direct option available in our plugin to achieve your requirement.

However, as a workaround, first set your country code as the default value for the phone field. Then add custom checkout field validation for phone field using woocommerce_after_checkout_validation hook and the regex expression for phone numbers.
