I am using the Events Calendar Pro to list events on my website. I am using Default Styles and the Default Events Template under the Display>Settings section. It looks fine on my site when viewing on Desktop but it is showing up left aligned on mobile and tablet which makes it get cut off.

The Default Events Template should be mobile responsive but it’s clearly not triggering it to reformat properly on other devices. How can I fix this?

Hi @tcooper2820. We’ve had a couple of issues with v6.0.6.1 which caused themes not to work correctly. We’ve released a fix for that in v6.0.6.2. Kindly update and see if that fixes the issue.

Thanks for the response Abz. I opened a support ticket and was simply told, “Styling is not something we really provide?support?for, but you can take a look at this page for styling the mobile views: (link to support docs).”

I don’t personally feel this is a styling issue but rather a bug but who knows.
After the update it still appears that the formatting on mobile and tablets is broken. Any further advice you can share? Thanks for your assistance.

Hi @tcooper2820, that’s correct. We generally have limited support for Customization and Custom CSS as such.

That being said, I’d like to learn more about this and would like to check if we can do something about this. I responded to your ticket on our helpdesk.

I’d be closing this thread since you have a premium license — I’d be glad to help you further on our HelpDesk. This is for us to track down topics/issues efficiently and for us to follow the WordPress Forum Guidelines.
