Default form displays on custom-post (have set Forms page correctly)

I’m actually still using this on a local installation so I don’t have a live preview, but the site I’ve cloned / custom-post type wpDiscuz won’t work on is this page: https://sticknodes.com/sticks/goku-ssj-nodes/

You’ll notice in the source code the post type is “wpfb-filepage”. I have this checked: https://i.imgur.com/lbHYHhe.png

The wpDiscuz form does appear on all other regular posts/pages, just not this one. I’ve also checked these particular post types in the database and they do have comments enabled. These pages also do use the single.php file, which does use the comments_template() call.

Not sure what else to look for? Any help appreciated.
