    Is there a way to define a default Nextgen gallery that is used and added when a new page is created for that gallery? My setup puts a classic gallery on the new page.

    At the moment, we currently don’t have an option to set a default gallery when inserted, but I’ll love to create the corresponding feature request on your behalf on our internal board. ??

    Thank you for your reply. Is it possible to stop the creation of the classic gallery that uses [nggallery id=32]. I am setting this up for someone who needs as straight forward as possible.

    Hi @t12griffin,

    Unfortunately, that’s not possible. NextGen will automatically increment the gallery ID to +1 based on the last created gallery’s ID while creating a new one.
