Default Header in Decree theme missing

As dtlevin and Keith pointed out, I cant access either. It took me to login page.

yeah. I see what you guys mean. I used FF and it took me to the login page as well. Any idea why it is doing that?

Try deactivating plugins temporarily to see if this resolves the problem (plugin functions can interfere). If this works, re-activate them individually (one-by-one) to find the problematic plugin(s).
