Default image and path

Looks like the default image doesn’t get added to page urls if they have paths which do not directly connect to the root. In other words this url will get the default image but the second url won’t.

https://www.example.com/mypage-without-a-featured-image/

https://www.example.com/anything/mypage-without-a-featured-image/

Errors now appearing in the structured data tool.

Aside: you are already aware that the default image is not being added to category pages either (probably the same reason as the url has an additional item in the path).
