Default Image of Blog Page

  • Hi!

    I just installed www.ads-software.com 5.9.3 and I am using the Twenty Twenty-Two Theme. The default entry page is a Blog Page, which is what I want.

    I want to change the default image (i.e., the image of the bird). What should the image size be (i.e., H & W in pixels)? The image resolution (i.e., PPI)?

  • Hi @doctor-t,

    Generally, I will be using 1600px as width and height will be based on the layout. On your page, I can see the bird image width is 2000px and height is 474px. If you are going to use the same layout, I would like to suggest using the same width and height as an existing image.

    There is the maximum width for the page. If you are going to design the banner I would like to suggest reading about the container(centered layout) and container-fluid(full-width layout). so, Plan your layout first, based on your layout design the banner.

    Simple use ( dimension are in W x H ) below
    1800 x 600
    1800 x 500
    1800 x 400

    This will be perfect you can use it , site will auto adjust it , so no need to worry
