Default Image thumbnail not uploading

I’ve followed the instructions to upload a new “default image” (to replace the “No Image,” but the image is not saving.

Once the image is in the Media Library, I’ve tried selecting the image, clicking Upload, and clicking Insert, but it’s not replacing the default image.

Are there any particular specs re: file size or type?
