I want every user opens the website it should be shows in English language then user can select the second language.

Second when i search something in google the result will redirected to the translated language and not to the default language.

    Hi again,

This is not the way our plugin should be used. We are already adding subdirectories to the additional languages. From what I see you have the https://peoplebeyondborders.org/ where you have a subdirectory installation called /es where you add our plugin.
TranslatePress works with strings, which means translate only the strings and displayed them when you switch the language. Is not creating new content, so will not work to have a subdirectory with /es for the Spanish version.
You will need to install TP on https://peoplebeyondborders.org/, translate the content, and when you will switch the language, our plugin will add /es for the additional language.
I hope the mentioned ones have sense. You can try also our demo site, available on https://translatepress.com/, to see how TP is working.
