    Hello,

I have a problem with the “Default location of the customer” option in Woocommerce. I set this option in “same as business address” mode, and the postal code of the business is under one of my shipping zones, but when a user enter to the cart it recognises its location as “ubications not covered by your zones” (shown in debug mode) and it shows only local pickup available.

If I activate the shipping calculator on the cart and I introduce there the same postcode of my business it recognizes the zone properly and show the correct sending options, but not by default as I selected.

    Location configuration:
    https://prnt.sc/hwcjn9

    Shipping zones configuration:
    https://prnt.sc/hwcjsq

How the cart loads by default (debug mode):
    https://prnt.sc/hwcl0v

Introducing postcode in the shipping calculator:
    https://prnt.sc/hwcl5w

I thought it can be a problem with the cache but I deleted cache several times and it’s still happening. Is there something I’m doing wrong?

Thanks in advance for your help ??

    Hi davidbelzunce,

You may have some overlap on your shipping zones, which would cause conflicts.

Could you take a screenshot of both of your shipping zone settings? Please note that you must have each zipcode on a separate line (not comma separated).

You may want to restrict shipping on your WooCommerce > Settings page to just Spain, and then you can be more specific on your shipping settings.
