I had issues trying to send form enquiries to multiple email addresses – due to not leaving a space after the separating comma.

Help text in the WPForms area of Default Notification Settings\Send to Email: – Fails to say leave a ‘space’ after inserting a ‘comma’ when wanting to copy multiple email addresses.

A click of the ‘Send to Email Addresses’ (help)? – reads:
Enter the email addresses to receive form entry notifications. For multiple notifications, separate email addresses with a comma.

Thus correct structure should be: {admin_email}, [email protected], [email protected]
(NB – {admin_email} – used if you just want the default Admin address used.)

I hope this may assist other new users of WP Forms.

    Cheers Dennis

    Hi @appleisle,

    Thanks for the post.

However we were not able to replicate the issue on our end. In most cases of email delivery issues, we recommend configuring a SMTP plugin on your site so emails are sent as authenticated.

In case it helps, we have an article with a list of recommended SMTP options and links to their setup tutorials.
