Default Post Category is blank cant change

  • Hi everyone i have small problem =)

    trying to change Default Post Category and Default Link Category but drop down list is clear, blank… also i cant see categories, i use default theme but same…
    at the settings Default article settings all terms are ticked

    Can help anyone
