Default Profile Photo Stuck on Generic Avatar
-
I set up profiles for our sites contributors/authors/editors etc with a page that lays out there info and profile photo. Some had profile photos already present while some had the generic avatar image for a profile photo. Inside of UM, I set a copy of our company’s logo as a default profile photo, but it overrode the unique user photos that previously exsisted, so I went to remove it. It let me unclick the logo in the media window that pops up, but it’s now displaying the generic avatar next to the default profile photo setting instead of the the small empty rectangle that was there before. It is now overriding all of the user photos with that default avatar image, even though inside of the user area the users with unique photos have had them paired with their accounts this whole time. It’s essentially acting like I have selected the generic avatar image and then still overriding any unique user photos that are either present in the WordPress user profile, uploaded through the UM profile page, or set up through the Better Studios Publisher theme that is on the website.
How can I get it to revert back to how it was originally? Also, I don’t know why but it’s just on the page that is listing all of the contributors to our site. On a post or author page or site search, the correct user photo does show up where they should.
