Default role in blogg post

Hi

I’m creating a small site whith some basic rolebased security. Mostly so that only some logged in users which are assigned different roles should be able to see and read some of the blog postings.
This works fine BUT I have two issues
1:_ Is it possible to make that when a editor creates a blog post some of the roles are automaticcly filled in by default, so they dont need to check the checkboxes every time ?
2: In relation to this if a blog post is created by a mail, that also then the post is filled with some of the roles selcted by default.

Have tried to find this in the Members plugin but cant find that possibility
Is it possibility within this plugin?
or is there some other way that i could manage to do this preferbbly without addition coding
