    Hello,

You can set default values for search widget using WPL shortcode. For example if you insert sf_select_listing=”10″ into the [WPL] shortcode, search widget will show “For rent” as default value for Listing Type field.

If your page doesn’t have WPL shortcode, you can set the default values for search fields using some custom JS codes on load of page.

    Hi,

There are various ways for it.
1- You can add your custom JS code into one of your theme files such as header.php
2- You can override WPL search widget file into your theme and then customize it. Not recommended. https://support.realtyna.com/index.php?/Default/Knowledgebase/Article/View/549/
