Default selection of auto publish is set to Disabled, but doesn’t work

  • Hi there,

    I have set the “Default selection of auto publish while editing posts/pages/custom post types” as Disabled, but it doesn’t work.

    When I create a new post, the “Enable auto publish posts to my twitter account” is still set to “Yes”.

    Also, if I change the “Enable auto publish posts to my twitter account” to “No” and save the post, the change doesn’t save and the option stays on “Yes”.

    When the option Default selection of auto publish while editing posts/pages/custom post types is set to Disabled,the metabox at post edit page will appear with publishing permission set to NO.
    And it won’t auto post unless you manually change it to Yes.
    And for new posts it will automatically set to Yes,if you set Enable auto publish posts to my twitter account to Yes from the plugin’s settings page.

    Also, if I change the “Enable auto publish posts to my twitter account” to “No” and save the post, the change doesn’t save and the option stays on “Yes”.

    Is there any js error or conflict with any other plugin?

    It appears something is broken. How do I fix this?

    If the metabox is appearing with publishing permission set to YES for an already published post then there might be any conflict with other plugin/theme.
