A while back, I changed the site-default sender to [email protected]. I’ve since changed the email address to [email protected]. I went into the authorized email page of MailPoet directly to delete the old email address and authorize the new one. It worked perfectly.

I also changed the advanced setting to default to the ggbc address. Again, it was saved with no problem.

The sender email still won’t change when I go to schedule my emails. It’s flagging because it hasn’t changed to ggbc in WordPress even though both other places are showing correctly.

    Hi there @nobuhlesibusiso ????!

Thank you for reaching out to MailPoet Support!

The sender email still won’t change when I go to schedule my emails. It’s flagging because it hasn’t changed to ggbc in WordPress even though both other places are showing correctly.

So if I am getting this right, you will just need to update the sender email in the Email field in that screenshot that you attached. Can you edit the field and update the sender email address to [email protected]?

Please note that you will need to do this for all the emails that you had created before the change.

Looking forward to hearing back from you!

    Cheers!

When I tried before, it kept saying that the email address was not verified. It kept popping up that message for several days after posting this issue, not allowing me to click “save.”

I don’t know what you did on your end, but today, it did let me change it this time on a duplicate I created. Unfortunately, I was forced to use the ggbs email address due to time constraints, and now I’ll have to let the specific campaign run its course before switching back to ggbc. I’m just praying that no one notices.

    Thank you
