Default Settings

  • It would be awesome if navigation menus could be set by default to logged in users or specific roles. This would reduce the workload and risk of errors. Is there a hook that could be added to the functions file for this purpose? Thank you in advance!

    As is, this isn’t possible. But you might be able to filter wp_setup_nav_menu_item (to set up the roles property) or maybe nav_menu_roles_item_visibility.
