Default settings for image captions

Hello! When I post a caption for an image, I’d like to have font size 13 with italics set. I’ve tried setting this in the captions panel on the right, using the caption I typed for the image in the Media Library, but it is overridden by a setting somewhere and changing the font. It will only keep the settings I’ve chosen if I paste in the caption as a custom caption and change the typography options there. Is there a way to use the media library’s captions with adjusted settings? I am using the Zeever theme and my WordPress is updated to 6.1.1. Thanks for your help!
