Default settings not working for time increments

  • Scheduler not allowing booking at 15 min increments. General settings show 15 min increments is default setting. Setting for “Use service duration for booking a time slot” is off, so this shouldn’t cause a problem, but the problem is behaving similar to how this setting has been described in other forums. This has been turned on and off with no change…

    Hello, thank you for providing us us with a feedback on Amelia plugin.

    We wanted to check with you if you are referring to increments on the back-end, because there is a specific option for that on the Amelia/Settings/Roles/Admin page, the name of the option is “Booking Time Slots will depend on the service duration”. That option needs to be disabled.

    Please check if that option is enabled and if we are right with the assumption that you are referring to back-end booking.

    Thank you, that was the issue. We had corrected that in the general settings section, but didn’t know it existed in the roles>admin section, too. Thank you again.
