Default SMS Templates

  • Hello,

    Please assist me how do i change the templates of the sms which are sent to the vendor… I was asked to contact the team of smsalert.co but they have the control of admin and customer notification only/ as this is what they told me

    I was told for changing the template of SMS which is sent to the vendor only WCFM TEAM can assist you

    I want the following template to be sent to the vendor once the order is placed

    ___________________________________________________________________________________
    [store_name]: You have a new order #[order_id]. [item_name_qty] for order value Rs. [order_amount]. Payment method: [payment_method].
    ___________________________________________________________________________________

    – What if an order has more than one item ?

    This is how it will look like

    Khen Chen: You have a new order #4409. Chicken Popcorn Extra [2], Special Chicken Popcorns + Nuggets [2] for order value Rs. 2825.00. Payment method: cod.

    Or if you could just add payment method and quantity that will also work
