Default themes are not showing nor new themes are uploading

After trying 3 failure attempts from dashboard , I upload the theme from FTP,link attached; https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B62cXSW9hLwXMmV0enpYOWdYemM/view?usp=sharing
As the image shows, theme had been uploaded.

While dashboard is showing only 1 theme, which make me crazy,

Dashboard even not showing its all default 3 themes.

Please hook me out from this issue.
