    Hello petebocken,

Hmm I have just tested that on my development instance of the plugin and I can’t recreate the issue.

Basically it will print the default thumbnail only if there’s NO featured image assigned. Is it possible that any of the other plugins you have installed may cause the issue?

If not can you please provide me with a sample screenshots of your setup and confirm if that’s the case for default post types as well?

    Regards,
    Rafal

Yup! That was it. Sorry, I should have tested that first.

It was Toolset Types ( https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/types/ ) for creating CPTs. I had to use that plugin for another reason during an import, but I have switched back to the standard functions.php setup for my CPT.

    Thanks!

    Ha!

Glad to have been of help.

    Closing the issue:)
