Default time?

Is there any way to always set 12:00 am as the expiration time for new posts? On my site the expiration is always set to that time, so if I could set it as default, this would save me an unnecessary step.
I mean, I would like that when activating the expiration of an entry it looks like this by default:

Thank you very much! I got it, although it was not very easy for me. As it works with relative times, the plugin put another time when I indicated “12:00 am”. So I simply set it to “4:00 am” because my time is -4.
