I’ve set up a simple contact form and set a ‘user email’ to send to the email address they included in the form.

However, on testing, the user receives not only this email, but another which is seemingly a ninja default email. It’s listed as from WordPress and sent using the admin email on the wordpress site. It’s subject is my ninja forms name and the content simply says. ‘thank you for filling out this form’.

Would you know why it’s sending that second email / how to stop it?

  • You have to go to the Email & Actions tab of the form in the backend to configure options of the email notification including the email address of who sent it, the fields that you want the user to view in the email, etc.
