Default User Profile data into Form

  • Is there a way to have the Appointment request default Name, Phone & Email from the WP User Profile who is logged in?

    Also, if Defaulting from User’s Profile was possible, is there a way to make those fields read-only?

    there is no such option for now. You want to allow only for users that are logged in?

    Yes, I’m trying to use it for a membership Room/Facility Reservations, and all users of it would be Logged Into & pre-Authenticated in WP.

    So, I just need a way to take their User/Profile info and force it into the Name, Email & Phone # fields….then disable their ability to update those fields.
